Jewellery exists because of the health and diversity of our planet. The precious metals and glittering gemstones we love so much were born out of the natural processes that shaped our home and we believe we should do all we can to help protect it. Everyone at Phenix is committed to a better, fairer more sustainable future for all of us.
Jewellers Association of Australia Code of Conduct
Phenix is bound by the JAA Jewellery Industry Code of Conduct, which sets out the highest standards currently available in the jewellery industry and ensures maximum protection for jewellery buying consumers. All JAA members are required to be Code signatories.
World Diamond Council System of Warranties (SoW)
Phenix and its suppliers do not trade in conflict diamonds. From source to end customer, the SoW requires buyers and sellers of rough diamonds, polished diamonds and jewellery containing diamonds to pass on a warranty each time a diamond changes hands that assures the next buyer that the diamond was not produced in breach of any principle of human and labour rights or anti-corruption and money-laundering laws.
