Domestic Shipments
Currently, Phenix offers the following shipping methods within Australia:
- Australia Post Express - $20 P&H Normal delivery times after dispatch are between 1-4 business days depending on your location.
- Australia Post Standard - FREE Normal delivery times after dispatch are between 2-14 business days depending on your location.
- Pick up In-Store - FREE Arrange to pick up your items from one of our showrooms around Australia. You will be contacted once your items are ready for pick up. Find out your closest showroom here.
All items are comprehensively insured, tracked with tracking numbers and require a signature on arrival or pick up. Please use the Australia Post Postage & Delivery Times Calculator for an estimated delivery times to your location from 4172.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note: We may be able to ship via alternative services, such as TOLL and Startrack. Please contact us to arrange alternative delivery.
International Shipments
Phenix can offer international shipping, but unfortunately it is by special request only. To request a price, please email online@phenixjewellery.com and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
Processing your order
Once payment has been processed and your order has been confirmed, our teams will work diligently to process your order ASAP. If the stock is available, please allow up to five business days before your order is ready to be packaged or picked up at your chosen location. If stock is not immediately available, please allow up to 6 weeks wait time before your order is shipped.
Please note: occasionally, items that are displayed as in-stock may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any possible delays to you within 24 hours of your order, either via email or phone.
If there has been a mistake in your order, please contact Phenix ASAP on 1300 750 950.
Shipping your order
All parcels are sent once ready via Australia Post Express to the designated address. Orders can be sent to businesses, homes and PO Boxes and all require a signature on delivery or collection of the item. You will receive a tracking number to the designated email address which you can track here.
Please note that any delays that occur during the Shipping period are outside Phenix control. We suggest contacting Australia Post directly if there are any issues with your parcel. You can view their contact information here.
Collecting your order in-store
You may elect to collect your items from one of the Phenix Showrooms across Australia. Currently, Phenix has showrooms in: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. You can view our location details here.
You will be contacted to arrange collection once your item arrives in its designated showroom. For security reasons, we ask that you first arrange an appointment with the showroom before picking up your item.
