A sentimental piece break once can be disheartening, but when Heather came to Phenix with her ring, this was the second time and was unfortunately damaged beyond repair.

Not wanting to go through the heart break again, she came to our Gold Coast showroom looking for a solution through a new design that she could fall in love with.

During her appointment, Heather saw showroom manager Pam's own opal ring and decided on a design based on it, with a stronger bezel around the gorgeous blue and pink opal to ensure a longer lifespan. After a few weeks, the piece was complete and Heather was over the moon with the finished product

Thanks to jewellery consultant Pam and Tessa in our workshop for helping this piece come to life.

Piece details: 18ct yellow gold handmade ring bezel set with a 14.5x10.5mm (2.61ct) Lightning Ridge solid black opal, with 2 bar set 4x2mm baguette cut FG VS diamonds in the shoulders.
